CREDIT CARDS

Paypal,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, accepted on orders under $1,500. A 2.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments. International accounts must pay by Wire Transfer or Letter of Credits.

PAY IN ADVANCE

You may fax or call your order in to us and we will fax or call back with your total dollar amount. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. No international checks will be accepted unless pre-approved. All checks must be drawn off a U.S. bank.

OPEN AN ACCOUNT BY B2B APPLICATION

Open account billing may be requested. We will need your Information, Bank Name and Account Number, Address and Phone number. Three references with Account Number, Address and Phone. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month interest plus collection costs. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks. Tax I.D. number must be provided upon request of Credit Application.

Checking Out

When you are done shopping, just click on the “Complete Order” button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen and all of your purchases will be finalized. You will also receive an email receipt of your order. Our shipping charges with the new cart are now fairly close, heavier items such as machines do NOT have a freight amount programmed into the shopping cart. We will contact you by phone or email for all orders over $500 before freight to confirm the order and to give you the freight amount when necessary.

Maryland Customers

Unless you provide us with a current resale certificate, we must charge Maryland sales tax on all orders shipped within the state. If you qualify for resale purchases download our Maryland Resale Certificate, fill it out completely and fax back to 1-443-451-8249.

Shipping Charges

All freight charges shown on our new shopping cart are now accurate. Many items will ship UPS ground, heavier items must go by trucking company. We do NOT have these heavier items such as Pallet quantity programmed in the shopping cart for freight charges because of the wide differences on F.O.B. points and rates charged by trucking companies. Let us know in the comment box if you need special truck services such as a lift gate or residential delivery. We will contact you before we process your order to give you the correct freight amount.
