Our Return Policy is as follows:

• Returns of non-defective items must be made within 7 days after receiving the items, in its original packaging and in salable condition. A restocking fee of 18% may be charged. Shipping related charges are not refundable. We will inspect returned items before issuing credit. Please allow two weeks.
• Special order items are NOT returnable. Please check with us before ordering to determine if item is returnable.
• Claims of damage, defect or error must be made within 3 days after receiving your order.
• Claims of freight damaged items must be made to the freight carrier. We will be welcome to assist you in making your claim.
• A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained prior to returning any item, and return freight prepaid by the customer. Return shipping instructions will be provided immediately on the receipt of customer’s request.
• No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
• Credit card refunds will be processed to the original credit card.
